PLAYING PIANO TILES WITH TWO PEOPLE AND A REAL KEYBOARD

This experience was made on the tutorial level of the game Magic Tiles 3, played on a Windows PC via the "MEmu" android emulator using a piano keyboard as the controller.  Serves a social interaction between the players, removing from each player a crucial part, making them rely on each other.

CONTROLLER:

-The player interacts with Magic Tiles 3 using a MIDI piano.
-The piano sends MIDI signals to the computer, which are then interpreted by an application called "CoyoteMIDI".
-This application converts the MIDI signals into keyboard commands.
-These commands are then received by the Android emulator "MEmu", where the game Magic Tiles 3 is installed and running.
-The emulator simulates these keyboard commands as touches on the screen, allowing the player to activate the keys of the Magic Tiles 3 game.

HOW TO PLAY:

-Two players are needed, one is the keyboard player, which can't see the game, and the other is the observer, which translates what they see in the game into shoulder taps.
(The keyboard was divided in four sections, each had a different color to represent the in game piano keys. )

-The keyboard player sits down in front of the keyboard, and the observer stays behind him.

-The observer, starts the tutorial, and every time a keynote appears on the screen, he taps the shoulder place that represents the real piano key, so the other player can play the game without seeing

The image below shows the places in the shoulder the other player needs to tap to represent the desired piano key.
